Research Insights

These themes in our research are what led us to our four key design decisions. The first being targeting our users as tech-savvy adults who frequently travel. Our prototyping process centered on building a combined physical and digital product experience that isn't necessarily dependent on the phone, but is augmented by a nostalgic digital experience, and finally the key feature of our product being soundbite recording to capture an auditory snapshot of your experience.
