The integrated hardware in the working prototype consists of an Adafruit Feather, GPS shield, LiPo battery, indicator LED, and push button, contained in a 40x scale 3D-printed model of the pendant. The push button triggers recording of real-time GPS data to flash storage. Data is transmitted via Bluetooth to a companion mobile app, developed in React, which displays a map and list view of dropped crumbs.
